New Earth

The Doctor (now David Tennant!) and Rose arrive on New Earth, in the 15th New York. Humans had relocated to this Earth-like planet after the sun had expanded, as we saw in The End of the World. That isn't all that's new. The Doctor takes interest in a hospital (run by the cat sisterhood, who inhabited New Earth previous to the humans) and decides to take a look around, but what he doesn't know is, Cassandra is back, and in need of a body. Rose is kidnapped by Cassandra and her assistant, Chip, and is taken to the basement of the hospital, where Cassandra has been spying on the nurses, and knows there up to something, and need Rose's body to find out. So, 'Rose' returns to the Doctor and they find 'intensive care'   where it turns out that the nurses have been infecting specially bred humans with every disease in the world, in order to have their many cures. Cassandra corners the nurses in intensive care, and demands for money as compensation for not telling the rest of New Earth. The nurses obviously refuse, so Cassandra opens every capsule in intensive care, and we have a huge zombie procession out into the hospital, where all horror breaks loose. Of course, the Doctor saves the day by curing all the zombies, but there is still the matter of Cassandra refusing to get out of Rose's body. Cassandra finally takes Chip's body, but he only has a half life, so when Cassandra takes his body, he is dying. Cassandra actually accepts this, so she goes back in time to see herself when she was actually human once more.

I love this episode, it has some great classic Doctor Who moments, and David Tennant is great.
